How to Request Data Deletion

“Data Deletion Request”
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Facebook Page ID (if applicable)
- Instagram Account ID (if applicable)
- WhatsApp Business Account ID (if applicable)
- Any additional information that helps us identify your account
Providing this information helps us locate your data and process your request quickly.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity
- We will locate your associated data
- We will delete your data from our systems
- We will confirm deletion via email
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within:
3–7 business days
Some data may be retained for:
- Legal compliance
- Security purposes
- Fraud prevention
Such data will be deleted once retention is no longer required.
