1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Parrotron, its website, software, plugins, addons, dashboards, APIs, and related services.

By using Parrotron, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Overview

Parrotron is a business messaging and automation platform that may include:

  • unified inbox
  • contact and lead management
  • workflow automation
  • saved replies
  • agent and team assignment
  • AI-assisted replies
  • channel integrations for Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp
  • scheduling, notifications, and audit logging

Some features may be provided through optional addons or connected third-party services.

3. Eligibility

You may use the service only if:

  • you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement
  • you are authorized to act for yourself or your business
  • your use complies with applicable laws and platform policies

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials secure
  • all activity under your account
  • managing access given to your team members, agents, managers, and admins
  • ensuring your users comply with these Terms

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Parrotron to:

  • break any law or regulation
  • send spam, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading messages
  • violate Meta or other platform policies
  • interfere with the service or its security
  • access another customer’s account or data without authorization
  • misuse automation, AI, messaging tools, APIs, webhooks, or access tokens

You are responsible for the content and automations you configure and send.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Parrotron may integrate with third-party platforms including Meta services such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms, policies, approvals, permissions, and technical limits. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party API changes, token expiry, revoked permissions, platform downtime, or policy enforcement.

7. Customer Data

You retain responsibility for your contacts, messages, workflows, content, and connected business data.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to collect, store, process, and respond to customer communications through the service.

We process data only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and support the service.

8. Admin and Support Access

Parrotron may support multiple business accounts or tenants.

We apply account-level separation, but authorized platform administrators or support personnel may access customer environments when reasonably necessary for:

  • troubleshooting
  • maintenance
  • security review
  • abuse prevention
  • billing
  • compliance
  • support requests

Such access may be logged.

9. Automation and AI

Parrotron may include automation and AI-based features such as auto-replies, workflow execution, suggested replies, and data extraction.

You remain responsible for reviewing, configuring, and monitoring these features. We do not guarantee that AI or automation outputs will always be accurate, appropriate, or compliant for your use case.

10. Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent compatibility with third-party platforms.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the service and customer data, but no system is completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, controlling user access, and using the service safely.

12. Fees and Limits

If the service or any addon is offered on a paid basis, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges.

We may apply plan-based restrictions such as tenant limits, user limits, channel limits, or message limits. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.

13. Intellectual Property

Parrotron and its related software, branding, interface, and materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of Parrotron is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • your use creates legal, operational, or security risk
  • connected third-party access is revoked
  • payment obligations are not met, where applicable

You may stop using the service at any time.

16. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or a minimal amount where no fees were paid.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parrotron, its operators, affiliates, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the service
  • your content or customer data
  • your connected channels and business assets
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of law or third-party rights

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
